HOW TO CANCEL

Follow the steps below to cancel your membership.
* Your membership can only be canceled by following the steps below. It only takes a few clicks of the mouse! Do not send us an email telling us to cancel your membership.
*Please note that in order to avoid being charged for the coming month/year (depending on what you signed up for) you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. We will not refund any charge caused by not canceling 48 hours before your renewal date. For example, if you signed up on June 12th your renewal date will be the 12th of every month. If you then decide to cancel on Aug 12th. You will not be refunded for the monthly payment that is charged on Aug 12 and your membership will end the following month on Sept 12.
1. Please review the Terms of Use you agreed to at the time of purchase.
2. Click on your name or picture in the top right of the site header and select My Account.
3. Then select Billing and under subscription, hit the Cancel button.
